At ATG, education translates into action. Members actively manage the club’s $10k portfolio using a variety of long-only strategies

Breaking into high finance roles requires more than a solid technical understanding. ATG provides structured support for our members to navigate the recruiting timelines and land top offers

Finance is often a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, but it should not be navigated alone. ATG cultivates a strong community of people sharing an interest in Finance among various other hobbies, backgrounds, and involvement at Michigan. We believe the strongest teams are fundamentally built on genuine friendships.

Pitches

Teams of analysts present equity research and stock pitches to the entire club and Investment Committee for addition to the portfolio

Sector Teams

Members are divided into 6 industry verticals (TMT, Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, Industrials, PUI, ReGaL) to develop sector-specific expertise

Resume & Cover Letter

Peer-reviewed editing to ensure application materials meet industry standards

Mock Interviews

Extensive behavioral and technical mocks with upperclassmen who have secured offers at top firms and within a recruiting group helping each other out throughout the process

Networking Strategy

Guidance on cold-emailing, conducting informational interviews, and navigating bank-specific networking events
